"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. They offered to have someone on site within an hour but I said it was not an emergency. An appointment was made for later that afternoon. Tech (Dan) called to confirm appointment and arrived 20 minutes early (a good thing). Diagnosed the problem and located the needed part at a local supplier. Because of the furnace's age, Dan suggested doing a CO test before putting resources into the unit. He ran the test and the result was good.
