I rated responsiveness as fair because I was frustrated by the process to get the estimate so I mention that to encourage you not to give up (I almost did) if that takes a while. Based on Angie's List reviews, I had initially recommended that a friend contact this company for stucco maintenance. That work was done beautifully and they made it happen to fit my friend's short time line. When I called them about my own home I did not hear back within a reasonable time to schedule the estimate. Then they came to look at the work needed and once more I had to reach out a couple weeks later to finally get the price and schedule the work. I believe the owner stays personally involved in the jobs (which is good) and that's the reason. My advice: if you experience something similar just be proactive but don't let that prevent you from hiring this company. The highest quality work, fair pricing and a "good guy" owner who delivered."

"When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. Incidentally, he also does thorough cleaning of homes after (or before) remediation. I will definitely be hiring him to do that for me in the near future."

Daniel and his crew did beautiful work and were careful and respectful of the property! They cleaned up everything and were kind enough to rid us of that clunky satellite dish!! Work was completed in a timely manner that did not impede normal traffic flow on the street. The thought of getting money back just shows how considerate they are for the customer.
