"I contacted Home Advisor who sent my name through to Kleanforce immediately. Actually I was still on the computer going through your site when the phone rang and it was Gary of Kleanforce. I couldn't believe it! This was on 3/30 and he went to inspect my mobile home on 3/31 and called me on 3/31 to tell me the results of his inspection. He now has to send it to the lab to get a definite reading on the kind of mold I have. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response nor a nicer person to contact me (Gary). I don't have the work started as yet pending the lab report but if the rest goes the way the first part of this has gone, I will be ecstatic!! I was unable to complete two questions because the project has not been started nor do I know how much it will cost. "My project started out small. Just needing a skylight and repair. I had contacted a few other roofers. One came out and gave me an estimate. But when I called them to do the job, they never called me back to schedule the job. I figured the job was to small for the to bother. Another said they would be at my home at noon and ended up calling me at 4 pm to tell me they were in the area and there'd be right over. I told them not to bother. By that time New Mexico Roofer Experts,who said they would be at my home at 0900 am. They texted me and arrived on time to give me an estimate. He showed me that I really needed to do a complete repair on my roof as well as cost to do the skylight repair. I had been told, by the first estimator who came by too. NM Roofer convinced me that the putting off the roof repairs would only be asking for more exspense later. So I decided to let him do all the repairs necessary. I was very please to have his company do the work. He was always on time and very polite and informative. Hire them again or recommend them to others, Oh yeah with no hesitation!!!"
