"It was the Friday after Thanksgiving during a pandemic COVID-19. Our radiant heat was not working in the whole house, and it was freezing outside. I made four phone calls and submitted a request via Angies List. I immediately received a text from Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services, that said they were with a client and would call me as soon as they were done and what did I need. Nobody else returned my calls or messages until the following week! David Aguirre was at our house an hour after we texted. Great, honest person. Figured out the problem, fixed the issue and was very clear in communicating and showing us the problem. Was so impressed that we hired him to replace our hot water heater. Once again he showed up on time when he said he would, communicated with us every step of the way, and explained and showed us what he was doing and why. All quotes were fair and reasonable, no surprises. We are definitely sticking with Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services! Thank you for being honest and reliable."

"Very well, although a couple followup visits were needed to correct incorrect settings on the furnace's natural gas regulator. A new version of that regulator was on the new furnace and Reliable Tech had not seen/noticed the new version. The subsequent visits fixed that issue."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I have used Mr. Rooter several times over the past few years.  Once, I tried to do something to a pipe under a sink that I really shouldn't have messed with, and I ended up with a gushing leak from the pipe.  I ran around finding buckets and bowls to catch the water, towels to sop up all the water that ended up on the floor, and a phone book to find a plumber.  I randomly picked Mr. Rooter because it had a big add that said they took emergency calls.  I called, and was pretty upset, and a plumber was dispatched immediately.  He called me while on the way to my house to see if he could help me to turn off the water, but I was pretty useless.  He arrived quickly and stopped the gushing water quickly  and fixed the whole problem quickly.  I don't remember how much that cost, because I was just happy he came so fast.
I have also used Mr. Rooter to purchase a new water heater and thermostat.  The plumber was courteous, and as far as I can tell he did a good job, but there was some question about the accuracy of some information he provided about the water heater, which has been a problem.  I can't comment on how good the price was, because I didn't comparison shop.

"The initial installation went as smooth as silk. However, ran into problems installing the humidifier. There was not enough room to fit the filter between the humidifier and the unit so alternate plans were made. We were advised an additional 1 week's time would be required to order and install custom made grills and filters. The original week turned into 4 weeks and when installation finally occurred, the grates were not the correct size. Rather than wait an indeterminate time for the proper grates I agreed to the installation and will fix the resulting misfit myself. Workers were courteous and helpful. The only drawback was the filt"
