They were very professional and friendly, explaining the system and the process of installation fully, and they cleaned up completely after each step. Dave is a true hero. Called him when water heater broke and he was there within the hour. Next day had all the right parts and we had hot water a couple hours later. Looked great and great price! THE BEST!!!

It was the Friday after Thanksgiving during a pandemic COVID-19. Our radiant heat was not working in the whole house, and it was freezing outside. I made four phone calls and submitted a request via Angies List. I immediately received a text from Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services, that said they were with a client and would call me as soon as they were done and what did I need. Nobody else returned my calls or messages until the following week! David Aguirre was at our house an hour after we texted. Great, honest person. Figured out the problem, fixed the issue and was very clear in communicating and showing us the problem. Was so impressed that we hired him to replace our hot water heater. Once again he showed up on time when he said he would, communicated with us every step of the way, and explained and showed us what he was doing and why. All quotes were fair and reasonable, no surprises. We are definitely sticking with Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services! Thank you for being honest and reliable.

Fast, Friendly and Excellent Service! I called Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services to diagnose the problem with my Furnace, the technician was knowledgable, polite and explained everything to me. Definitely, high quality service!

David did an awesome job. This house has been vacant for over 4 years and we’re trying to bring it back to life. David helped troubleshoot and replace the radiant heating furnace. His copper work is beautiful. We now have heat. We will have them replace the hot water heater next.

It went very well. David is responsive, knowledgeable and consistent in doing what he says he will get done. A pleasure to work with. Worth every penny. I’ve used 4 other HVAC people and David is the best, by far. Hire with confidence.
