"It was the Friday after Thanksgiving during a pandemic COVID-19. Our radiant heat was not working in the whole house, and it was freezing outside. I made four phone calls and submitted a request via Angies List. I immediately received a text from Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services, that said they were with a client and would call me as soon as they were done and what did I need. Nobody else returned my calls or messages until the following week! David Aguirre was at our house an hour after we texted. Great, honest person. Figured out the problem, fixed the issue and was very clear in communicating and showing us the problem. Was so impressed that we hired him to replace our hot water heater. Once again he showed up on time when he said he would, communicated with us every step of the way, and explained and showed us what he was doing and why. "Professional and quality repair.  Angelo came out and gave an estimate, and went through the pros & cons of replacing the whole system or just doing the repair.  We opted for the repair, but I would be confident going with Reliable for the full replacement when needed.  Polite and thorough.  Only minor problem was that twice they had to delay the appointment, but at least they called early to let me know so I wasn't stuck at home waiting for them to show up.  This wasn't an emergency repair, so it wasn't really significant to delay slightly.

The plumber, Leno, called about 15 minutes before arriving (on time).
He assessed the situation, got to work and had the job wrapped up in an hour or so.
The repairs were fully successful. He also gave us some very helpful tips about a few other plumbing/heating-related issues that we will deal with later in the year.
