It was awesome I called three other companies that couldn't get to my Mom's split unit for two weeks. I called Armor and they came the next morning, trouble shot found our problem and they Uninstaller a complete unit and I waited two days because of weekend and they installed the new unit and she was back in business, my most appreciation for the boys at Armor heating and cooling.

He reconnected the water and shut the damper on the heater. Cleaned out the swamp cooler. He was very nice and fast. I got his card for future reference.

Jason was wonderful. He resoved my problem and took the time to educate me about my heating and air conditioning. I'm going to have him come back to work on my airconditioner/water tank this summer. I would recommend him highly!

100% Satisfied from start to finish. Armor came out to assess what needed to be done. Jason listened to my wants and needs and within a day presented a comprehensive and reasonable proposal. Work was completed within one day. He and his crew were on time (to the minute), worked efficiently, were professional/courteous, and maintain appropriate social distancing protocols. The job was completed, and there was no residual ‘contractor mess’. The units that were installed have surpassed my expectations. ?? Armor was wonderful - definitely will use their services again!

Jason called me first thing in the morning to schedule to come by, communicated throughout the day and was able to actually come earlier than expected. He and his partner were polite and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and solved it within minutes. He took the time to explain what was wrong, as well as how to troubleshoot potential future issues ( it's an old unit). He even honestly talked through another project I have been thinking about starting. All in all, efficient, prompt, professional, and affordable.
