"Professional and quality repair.  Angelo came out and gave an estimate, and went through the pros & cons of replacing the whole system or just doing the repair.  We opted for the repair, but I would be confident going with Reliable for the full replacement when needed.  Polite and thorough.  Only minor problem was that twice they had to delay the appointment, but at least they called early to let me know so I wasn't stuck at home waiting for them to show up.  This wasn't an emergency repair, so it wasn't really significant to delay slightly.
