"Professional and quality repair.  Angelo came out and gave an estimate, and went through the pros & cons of replacing the whole system or just doing the repair.  We opted for the repair, but I would be confident going with Reliable for the full replacement when needed.  Polite and thorough.  Only minor problem was that twice they had to delay the appointment, but at least they called early to let me know so I wasn't stuck at home waiting for them to show up.  This wasn't an emergency repair, so it wasn't really significant to delay slightly.

"This wasn't there fault, the old faucet look like was glued or welded onto the pipe" They took it in stride, quickly turned off the main water, repaired the broken pipe, removed any excess water and installed the new faucet. They did this extra work at no additional cost.
Now we can use our outdoor faucet without water spraying out of the handle. We will be sure to call them again.

My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
