"8/10/2025 . Upon submitting my information for a Carrier HVAC problem, Next-Gen Mechanical respond first. I told Austin that I would check into three other companies quotes. I initially had a good feeling about Austin. After some research and consideration, I selected Next-Gen Mechanical and called to set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. The evening before the appointment he called to tell me how to prepare my HVAC for proper diagnosis.
