"The representative who took my details before the move, mistook some information and there was some misunderstanding. when the movers came in and they did not expect the amount to things to be moved because they were basically misinformed by their representative. They were frustrated, and we were frustrated as well, but it was basically due to a misunderstanding, but at the very end, they work hard for us and work double for us. They worked 3 shifts to move our stuffs to Long Beach. The price I would say it was fair. They arrived when they said they would be there. At the end, we made a point to tip them properly for the hard work that they have provided for us."
