  I recently moved into a house in Albuquerque, and because of neglect while the property was vacant, the yard was an absolute disaster. Matt and his crew came out and removed all of the offending weeds, including, among other things, several large chamisas, a number of large elm saplings, some other large shrubs that prevented me from even accessing part of the yard, and a large area of what must have once been a lawn. We saved a few small lavenders, a nice looking privet, a small garden of cacti and succulents, and about a half dozen rose bushes, all of which were almost lost in the mess. After that was done, they put down weed barrier, covered the front and back yard with decorative gravel, and re-set the irrigation to the roses. After they left on the last day, about a half-dozen of my neighbors came over to tell me how great the yard looked. It took three solid days of hard work to finish the job, one day less than the original estimate of four. Every day they got started early and stayed late. We'll have them back out in a few months when the weather cools to do some new plantings, but for now I've got a neat, tidy, low-maintenance yard, which is exactly what I wanted

  Matt and his team did a phenomenal job. We priced out quotes from a number of landscaping companies to remove a tree and install gravel in our backyard. 316 Landscaping were the lowest quote by far. Unlike some of the other contractors, there was no pressure to hire, although I knew we were going with them basically as soon as I'd talked to Matt. Even if they hadn't been the lowest price, he did a fantastic job of talking me through options and helping me make the best decision for our yard. He talked to me about the best way to remove the tree that none of the other landscaping companies did, which really helped save on cost. He also told me that he could get it done in a day, when at least one other company ballparked a week. Speed was important to us since we work outside the home and being around for a long-term project would have been difficult. Matt was extremely easy to work with, very flexible when I realized our measurements were a bit off and we had to recalibrate the quote, and did an awesome job communicating. They were extremely efficient, getting done in basically a morning. The crew was friendly but professional. They did a fantastic job. We're extremely happy with the work, and I can't say enough good things about Matt. We'll definitely be using them for any landscaping projects going forward

  I recently hired Jimmy for some Spring yard clean-up for a rental property. Jimmy is very thorough. He met with me to discuss needs and expectations. He keeps in touch and communicates when he is going to do the work, if he is going to be late, or if there are reasons (like high winds) that might make the work less beneficial than expected. He shows up when he says he will. I expect to use Jimmy for other yard maintenance projects

  From the 1st time I met the owner Matt I knew this job would be done well. He gave me a great price and started worked earlier than expected. The work was done well and my yard looks completely different than it did beforehand. Matt’s crew worked hard and even finished before their estimated timeframe. The guys were hardworking yet professional. If you want your job done right, I would definitely call Matt and his crew to do the job. I would absolutely recommend them and will be having them over for future jobs

  Jimmy has been working with us for over 10 years. We have had up to 6 rental properties that have all benefitted from his attention and care. Jimmy is thorough, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. You may scratch your head when you see him roll up in 4 door Mercury and not a pickup. I asked Jimmy about this some time ago, and Jimmy said trucks are targets for crooks to rip off tools. Be assured Jimmy is equipped with everything needed to do the job right. I am confident that someone else who comes in lower on price is just going for a quick weed whack and a shot of Roundup. This is not the job we want, and it is not how Jimmy works. Jimmy pulls the weeds out completely and the yards look great when he is done
