We got same day service and they did the furnace repair on the spot. Everything was explained well in the initial phone call. We feared needing a new furnace, instead all we needed was a simple repair to a leaky valve without the need for any expensive parts. Another vendor was trying to sell us a new furnace, which fortunately, is something we don't yet need.

8/10/2025 . Upon submitting my information for a Carrier HVAC problem, Next-Gen Mechanical respond first. I told Austin that I would check into three other companies quotes. I initially had a good feeling about Austin. After some research and consideration, I selected Next-Gen Mechanical and called to set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. The evening before the appointment he called to tell me how to prepare my HVAC for proper diagnosis. The day of the appointment he calls to let me know he was on his way, arriving at about nine thirty. Austin promptly started to diagnose my HVAC problem. His work is through and concise, and has a wide array of tools, at his disposal. He took the time to explain what was being done and made recommendations as needed. He welcomes the customer's presence and inquiry. After completing his diagnostic steps, the one recommendation on the outside unit was addressed. I would highly recommend Next-Gen Mechanical! My AC system is working fine!

I asked NextGen to give me the cost to replace a mini split at my home. Another company had come over and told me that it needed to be replaced. The gentleman with NextGen said that it only needed a part to be replaced, not the entire unit. Not only that but he noticed that the original installers of the mini split didn’t attached it to my roof, so he did that at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend NextGen.
