I was looking for company to repair or our 11 year old Jandy VS pool pump. I was referred to Tony Meyers of Aqua Medic, and I will never regret the decision to call for his services. He came to the house and diagnosed that the pump needed to be replaced. He ended up replacing the pump, the filter selection dial and installed a new Jandy QuickSet pump controller. However, he went above and beyond. He didn't like the sound the new pump made, so he replaced it two weeks later with another brand new pump under warranty. On the second trip to replace the pool pump, he also replaced the filter selection dial. When he replaced the old Jandy pump controller with the new Jandy QuickSet pump controller, he completely dismantled the mechanical timer out of the metal box, and then he cleanly installed the new controller in the metal box keeping it out of the sun and the weather elements. His workmanship was impeccable, fast, conscientious and always with a smile. I will recommend him to every pool owner!

As we've never owned a pool we opted to purchase the pool school taught by Tony, the owner. He was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a well-thought out plan of how we should learn the details of our pool, spa, equipment, chemicals, and things likely to go wrong. The office estimated the pool school at 60-90 minutes but we had lots of questions and 2.5 hours in Tony was still willing to help and showed no sign of rushing us until we completely understood everything. We walked away confident that we could handle the job going forward. I hope that we won't need any repairs but when we do I will call Tony first.

This company is by far the BEST we have dealt with in the past 17 years! There was an issue with algae that we were trying to get under control. They sent a guy out a second time that week to do a real good cleaning. The owner even called to be sure everything went well. The company is very good and YES we would definitely recommend you give them a call!!!!

They do the job and let us know if there are any issues. They always leave a record of what they did. and are efficient.

We have a monthly charge and they come every week and do the same thing. It is a scheduled service. I think I pay them in the middle of the month. I don’t remember what the monthly charge is. I use them because they are efficient and they do it better than I do. They do a good job and my pool does not turn green.

We use them weekly. They did a job, they let us know if there are any issues. They have a mark showing, they leave a record of what they did. Just efficient, effective.

Called the office as was greeted by a live person vice a robocall. The technician showed at the assigned time...on-time, ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate for the repair and had the parts with him for the job. This was professional job and completed is 2hrs. Wow! Service, ability and dependability. I'm very pleased with this operation.

I could not be more pleased.  Pool looks amazing and Val was polite and professional and answered all my questions.  I had never used this company before but will be using them for my future pool service and repair needs.

Good experience. Received objective recommendations without trying to sell-on services. In addition, learned about the equipment current setup and how to operate it.

Tony and his pool tech came onsite replaced the pool lights at our home.  Tony was able to talk me through the process and gave me a quote over the phone.  They were friendly, professional, punctual, and did a great job.  The cost was exactly what he quoted me and I was very happy with how quickly they made themselves available.  We are now talking to Tony about other maintenance on our pool he can perform.  We will definitely be using him again.

They also provided outstanding guidance in our decision-making process and genuinely worked to ensure that we received the best service available. They are cost-effective and very fair in their pricing, which is why we elected to retain them to do our pool maintenance after the replastering had been completed.
