"Fast & professional. Patrick , Pete and his team went above and beyond to take care of us! They rearranged their schedule to fix our emergency, and even fixed a couple things before it became a problem! We absolutely recommend them & will definitely call them 1st when any issue arises."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Wright Flow saved me thousands of dollars when multiple local big time companies wanted to over charge me and wanted me to replace thee entire unit with a long time frame for fix. Wright Flow came in, analyzed and fixed the issue less than a couple of hours compared to days/weeks on top of a low cost compared to other companies. Wright Flow knows the job at hand and does so with integrity. I would recommend Wright Flow if need be for others seeking the best customer service and reliability out there."

Humidifier Repair questions, answered by experts

It improves air quality, prevents dry skin, protects wood furniture, and enhances overall comfort.

Ideal humidity conditions generally range from 30% to 50%, with 45% considered optimal humidity for most homes. If your humidity levels drop below that range, you can turn your dehumidifier off. Additionally, suppose the temperature where the dehumidifier is installed falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. In that case, it's best to turn it off and unplug it since cooler temperatures can cause the unit's coils to freeze.

One handy thing about whole-house dehumidifiers is, once installed, you don’t have to worry about placement or changing the dehumidifier’s position. But if you are using a portable dehumidifier, we suggest keeping it away from walls, vents, and furniture. It needs a central, unobstructed spot with access to lots of air to do its job.

Whole-house humidifiers can damage your furnace if a problem with the water supply happens. To avoid mechanical trouble, maintain your humidifier by keeping the filter clean and the drain line clear.

The life expectancy of a humidifier is around ten years on average, but this can vary depending on factors such as usage, maintenance, and the quality of the unit. To help your humidifier last as long as possible, it's important to regularly follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and maintenance.
