"The service technician was courteous, professional and friendly. He explained each step and the rationale for parts replacement. He documented the process by taking photos. He was patient and courteous and very knowledgeable. He was very quick without being hurried. It was a pleasure to have a professional service call and I would not hesitate to use Reliable Tech again for repairs and replacement of air conditioning units and water heater - when service available - in the future.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Wright Flow saved me thousands of dollars when multiple local big time companies wanted to over charge me and wanted me to replace thee entire unit with a long time frame for fix. Wright Flow came in, analyzed and fixed the issue less than a couple of hours compared to days/weeks on top of a low cost compared to other companies. "Initially, getting a quote estimate and booking a repair date was delayed, mainly due to the current Covid climate and their busy work schedule. But, I am extremely happy to have stayed with this company. Chris, Alicia, Michael and Joshua were all great, very professional. Michael (Flores) and Joshua did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater! I you have the time to factor in their busy schedule, I would definitely recommend this company!
