He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "Contacted WE Griffin in the afternoon and they scheduled us the following morning. Matt showed up on time and did a thorough review. Leak was thought to come from plumbing not roof. Rather than having us incur potentially unnecessary cost for work that wouldn’t fix our problem, Matt was honest and very knowledgeable. In addition, no cost for his visit. Although we didn’t pay for any services, our interaction with Matt and WE Griffin has made us customers of theirs for any roof related matters going forward. Would absolutely recommend."

When water continued to come into our home, they were willing to come back to install a diverter to help mitigate the issue from continuing. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement.
