His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "Rather than talking me into an entire new roof, which I was prepared to do if necessary, they recommended just replacing a few shingles for a very reasonable cost! The only reason I didn't hire them was that another company (who also just recommended replacing a few shingles) also mentioned that some of the gaskets around pipes were cracked and suggested replacing them also. They showed photos, which clearly showed that they needed replacing (at least from a layman's viewpoint), so I went with them. W E Griffin was quick and efficient with their estimate, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again."

They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day!
