He also installed a basket to make sure they canâ t get back in! He also recommended a basket for our dryer vent so they wouldnâ t go from one vent entrance to another. "The company was incredibly responsive: a field representative came out the day of our request; and, the next day a very helpful and careful technician took care of the problem. He removed the two birds in the dryer vent pipe, kept them alive and watched them fly away! He cleaned out the nesting material, put an animal-preventative cover on the outside vent and sprayed a mite-control compound in the vent piping. All in all, a great experience with a company we strongly recommend."
