We contracted for Presidential to replace two of our existing windows and install a new window by cutting a hole in our exterior wall. The work was done in one day as promised. Shoutouts to Emerson, Miller, James and Vince & crew. They were totally professional and wasted no time getting the job done. Their cleanup was thorough. Quality control came the same day, with another inspection the next day. We will definitely hire Presidential Exteriors again when we need new windows. We highly recommend them.

Angel came out and squared off the tops of our pillars so the birds would not make nests in the exposed area. He did a wonderful job and was friendly and professional! I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors! This was done months after we paid for our portico to be replaced. A few years ago this excellent company resided our whole home!

While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!

My wife and I just had an appointment with Armon, and it was a fantastic experience! He was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable but also made the entire process easy and stress-free for my wife and me. From the initial meeting through to signing the contract, Armon demonstrated an understanding of what we were looking to get done (Roof and Doors). He explained to us that the company does a "full replacement" install (no shortcuts or poor repairs) to ensure they never have to come back out due to issues. He offered valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable discussing concerns. Communication needs improvement. All departments blame each other for miscommunication. No one kept me informed of the project status, I had to call multiple times. Took over two and a half months to finally get the roof and skylights installed. They ordered the incorrect skylights. Do not use them, they lied about the project, and every person I talked to would give me a different answer and dates of when action was taking place. DO NOT RECOMMEND. this is a summary, after 3 months I am still dealing with them, and the work was horrible. I had to call them to come back to fix some areas on the roof.

I'm reading through all of your project notes now, and I've never seen a more panicky and confused customer in my life. Did it take 4 weeks for your special order skylights to come in? Yes. Did it take a day for your project coordinator to get back to you each time you called in panicking and yelling at people in different departments (accounting, appointment scheduling, confirmations, sales) about your roof? Yes. You had "to call us" to come fix one cosmetic shingle on your roof where it connected to your neighbor, to clean up your old satellite dish cables, and to tighten the gutter nails in your gutters (that we didn't do)... Judging from these notes, every other complaint you had, had to do with you paying for your project. We had to explain every single aspect of the insurance process to you at least 4 times. Not to mention, we had to call you, text you, and almost have our lawyers start sending letters because when the insurance company sent you the money for the roof that we got fully covered for you, you still didn't "understand" how any of that worked, or how to pay. Not surprised to see this review now, a day or two after you finally paid for your work, which was completed months ago. We were very happy with Presidential Exteriors and all the staff members we worked with throughout this process. These are high-quality windows, gutters, and downspouts that make a big difference in the look of our house as well as the comfort the new windows provide. I am happy with the build quality, warranty, easy scheduling, and how fast the job was completed. My property was cleaned up every day after the work, but I was very disappointed that the team did not use tarps to help with cleanup and catch all the small scraps. After the project had been completed and the crew left I have found lots of sharp shards of metal, screws, nails, and a razor blade around my house, on the deck, and in the mulch and grass that the team did not clean up. These things could cause some serious damage to anyone not wearing shoes. This was also supposedly after several rounds of cleanup. This is extremely disappointing from a company that came highly recommended by my neighbors and did a great job on the installation job. Cleanup should be a priority for any company as it is important to any homeowner. To add to this I have 6-year-old twins that I am very worried about playing outside without shoes. I have warned them to be on the lookout and they have brought metal shards and screws to me that have been left behind. In fact, we are still finding small scraps a month after the job was completed. I am one who understands the importance of finishing strong, unfortunately, Presidential Exteriors failed miserably in finishing strong. Although the product and installation were great, the lack of tarps, the horrible clean-up job, and the dangers that it poses to my family led me to not be able to recommend this company and I will not use them again for future jobs.

I would like to recommend Presidential Exteriors. Their sales representative Chris explained all the needs on my home roof, attic and siding. He explained financing plans and costs. The visit from Rodney, the insurance rep, was extremely helpful he explained how my attic insulation needed to come to code to ensure maximum prevention of air leakage which will provide savings in heating and air conditioning. Going above and beyond while up in the attic, fixed my attic fan that had stopped working. The workers are here today are courteous seem to be very efficient in insulating my attic. Orlov came today to check on the progress and gave me a quote for upgrading my front porch. All the staff have been very personable and helpful.
