I was particularly impressed that they were so honest about what needed to be done - saying my garage didn't need a new roof at this time - I had both done so they would match. Several months later when I had a small problem they were very responsive and came right out and took care of it. I would recommend them to anyone, and am planning on having a skylight installed this spring!

"Rather than talking me into an entire new roof, which I was prepared to do if necessary, they recommended just replacing a few shingles for a very reasonable cost! The only reason I didn't hire them was that another company (who also just recommended replacing a few shingles) also mentioned that some of the gaskets around pipes were cracked and suggested replacing them also. They showed photos, which clearly showed that they needed replacing (at least from a layman's viewpoint), so I went with them. "Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it.
