"It was great! They arrived exactly on time, worked quietly & efficiently, stacked the wood we wanted to keep just as we asked them to do and hauled the rest away. They cleaned up so good that, if it were not for the remaining stump, we would hardly know a tree had been there! The price was very good. We had multiple estimates and we chose them because of their fair & reasonable price. We would definitely hire them again!"

"Awesome end-to-end experience! After two other tree service arborists inspected trees with me but then failed to actually send estimates, I searched Angie's List and read many of Gordon's reviews. I left him a voicemail on a Friday. He called me Saturday and was willing to visit that weekend. Since I was busy over the weekend, he agreed to call Monday or Tuesday. He called Tuesday at approx. 11am, indicating he was in the area working a job and could be by in 30 minutes. I agreed to meet him. We inspected my four large shade trees (2 sycamore and 2 maples) and I explained we needed better visibility from front porch, unblock view of a corner stop sign, and ensure no growth into siding. He explained his additional recommendation for overall thinning and shaping. He provided an on the spot verbal estimate of $800 and when I asked if he accepted a credit card, he indicated yes, but would charge only $750 if I wrote a check. I had researched average job costs and Gordon's quote was very reasonable. I then asked what his lead time was and he indicated his crew was finishing a job nearby and they could be by in an hour after they ate lunch. He and his crew arrived promptly an hour later, a crew of six total, including Gordon. Gordon rang the doorbell and asked me to review first tree trimming with him before he moved on to remaining three to ensure it met my expectations per our earlier discussion. After finishing, Gordon asked me to walk our property and review pruning for all four trees. His crew was well organized, worked together like clockwork, and Gordon was right there with them working and directing to ensure all trees were pruned to expectations and clean-up was thorough. Our yard looks "larger" now and is very open with the thinning Gordon recommended, as they removed overlapping and dead branches to include providing more ground clearance. They look great and Gordon indicated they shouldn't require pruning again for at least five years. I'll now hire Gordon for annual tree / shrub maintenance (fertilize, insects, disease prevention) and fire the other provider that had provided that service but failed to provide a pruning estimate. I strongly recommend Gordon and his team for any tree related care! Well done!"

"Edwin the owner is very easy to talk to. He understands your needs and offers the most reasonable and unmatched pricing. Don't waste your time comparing, he'll come out with the lowest price. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating. I had 2 trees removed and 7 huge branches some of them larger than actual trees. Edwin's team of 5 came down with short notice the next day with all the equipment and ensured a professional and safe job. Some huge branches were above my roof and down below are formal landscaping plants. They did a professional and thorough job, without causing damages and cleaned up afterwards really well. The whole crew was courteous and kniwlegeable. I've had many tree cutting and trimming before but Edwin and New Creation, has done the best deal and job overall. I highly recommend them. "

Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online. I would hire them again without any hesitation. VERY happy with the company."
