This company has the best customer service and that is not easy to find in the construction business today. I dealt directly with the owner Rich. He responded quickly, was on time for the appointment and did the work when he said he would. Great customer service looked at the job on Sunday and completed the work on Wednesday because of bad weather that was coming over the weekend. Would use this company again and will recommend them to anyone who wants a good honest company to deal with that communicates every step of the way.

I’ve used Amazing Skylight on 3 separate occasions. The 1st time I had a skylight put in my kitchen, in a bathroom with no window and in a bedroom that didn’t get a lot of sunlight. Several years later I had them put a skylight in my entryway. This last time they put a new roof on my house. Each time they were both friendly and professional and best of all each time they did a great job. I will definitely use them again and with peace of mind.

We are very pleased with the exemplary service from David and his crew and highly recommend this team. Pre-installation we had many questions as we thought through our decision and David was very patient and thorough in responding to them both at their office and over e-mail. Installation day went very smoothly - David and his crew arrived right on time and they were both very personable and professional. They finished on time and the installation itself was very neat. We had one solar tube (14 inch) put in the bathroom and two installed in an upstairs office. What an incredible difference they make!! The company representative came to our home to do the estimate and explained all the options, including advantages, limitations and upgrades. His advice for our particular situation was invaluable! Once we'd selected our tubes, he scheduled installation for very soon. The installation was quick and minimally disruptive. We're thrilled with the rsult and would recommend these professionals without any reservation.

It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner.

Amazing Skylights is Amazing!!! David and his crew were totally great!!! Not only do they respond to your inquiries, help you with the decision process and offer excellent service, the SolaTube product is one of the best purchases we have made for our house! We had a very dark living area, and the light that now comes in is beyond explanation, we even get rainbows on the floors and walls!! They are beautiful!! I tried two other dealers before contacting David at Amazing Skylights, and I will not call anyone else. I plan to put in two more skylights, hopefully before the end of the summer. Yay!!! I look forward to working with them again!

Work done in August 2017 Solar attic fan (under $800, before 30% federal tax credit) and skylight "solar tube" in an upstairs hallway (under $1000, before credit and including light and night light). We are very pleased with all phases of the job, as are friends who recently used AS for new roof, gutter guards, skylights. Each installation took no more than 90 minutes. There are no organizations; there are just people. And top to bottom, we were pleased with the owner (Rich Lindsay), the salesman (David Jones), the office mgr Erika, and - this is important - the young man who did the installations of the fan and the skylight tube. They are prompt, helpful, professional, and they clean up after the job. They explain things thoroughly, and I trust having them in our house.

They came for estimate and gave me an estimate. After called and agreed on cost, sent me an proposal which had an incorrect fee. I asked to fix the pricing but they didn't get any respond back. I contacted almost a year later and asked them if they are still doing it and they sent me a proposal with much much higher cost and said price went up significantly. I decided to find someone else.

Extremely well. Rich is wonderful! He came right out because of impending rain. He not only replaced the dome (at a reasonable cost: for replacement part $75, for labor and "house call" $60) but he also scheduled free cleanings of my 3 Solatubes. While he was on the roof, he asked if I wanted a complimentary roof inspection performed. I had no idea how old the roof was or what the condition of the shingles were, so I agreed to the inspection. He told me I had about 5 years left on the roof. I considered that a very honest opinion as he could have told me I needed a new roof now (many other companies would have told me this in order to get me to buy a roof from them). I appreciate an honest company! And, Rich is very personable!

He arrived on time. Explained and showed me everything he was going to do. He laid out tarps to cover my things and cleaned up afterwards.He installed the tube and also checked my other tube and attic fan that they installed 6 years ago, He then gave me instructions for care of both tubes in the future. He was very pleasant and professional.

Installer was right on time, and the installation went well, although hampered by the weather -off and on showers. This took some extra time, but the installer was pleasant and he worked through it with no anxiety. He pointed out some useful information with regard to the attic, and went through the warranty with us. No mess was left!
