Tim is so knowledgeable and took the time to truly make sure I understood everything that went into this project. I was very skeptical at first but after meeting Tim he took all my fear away and the roof replacement went just as described. A five star experience for sure.

Everyone at Roofing Pups were very professional. The roofer corrected all of the damaged spots and were fast at replacing the entire roof. It only took one day. Bushes and lawn were protected and the crew stayed late to make sure the debris and nails were cleaned up. Andy the supervisor was very helpful and answered all of my questions on site. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Bought my house in 2017 and told it had a new roof. Came to find in 2025 that it had been totally botched. Shingles were coming up, there were large holes where knots in the frame had been knocked out by nails, and I had severe water damage on one of my trusses. Roof Pups came out, assessed the damage, worked with me on the price, and in less than a week I had a crew on site that fixed everything in a single day. They were here for over 12 hours making sure the job got done and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing.

They're expensive and they did good work, but the details were not handled well: 1) They said the job would take one day - it took four. 2) They parked a large metal dumpster on my drive without prior warning, blocking my car in the garage making it impossible for me to leave. 3) They incorrectly calculated the final bill, only reducing it to the agreed upon amount after I pointed the mistake out. Also, this isn't a big deal but their sales reps, while friendly and knowledgeable, did the whole used-car sales "let me talk to the owner and try to get you a better deal," routine which was a bit corny and embarrassing. I understand that's what is still taught in sales rep school, but it feels a bit patronizing. When I said I needed a couple days to compare their offer with other estimates, they went into high pressure mode, using the old "I can't guarantee this price will last, etc. etc." all very old fashioned sales tactics that I hope companies will abandon soon.

I needed a new roof and wanted gutters and gutter covers. After meeting with one other company, I selected Roofing Pups. Shawn of Roofing Pups was friendly, mannerly, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered a much better deal that included everything I wanted, at a reasonable price. Whenever I called Shawn or his colleague, they responded by text or phone within seconds. The project was completed in three days, and cleanup was done daily. All staff and workers were friendly, professional, and well-versed in their skills. The workmanship was superb! After the work was completed, it rained hard the next day. There were no leaks, rain was flowing away from my home as it should, and the appearance of my house looks great. Overall, I’m a happy customer and would recommend Roofing Pups to friends and family.

Informative and friendly first meeting, complete with detailed photos of the entire roof and an explanation of the process, followed by 1-day installation of a new roof, with excellent workmanship and a hardworking crew.

After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . I made a few suggestions on how I wanted the job to be done and they were very agreeable..The crew was very precise in their work..The job was to put vinyl siding on chimney to match existing siding on the house…This group of five workers did a WONDERFUL JOB…I couldn’t be happier with the work that they provided…The cleanup afterwards was like they were never there…PERFECT ….Andy the project manager did show up and was helpful,,but really didn’t stay very long…Thank you …to Heather for all she did to make this jod less stressful..Very,,Very… Pleased with the outcome of this job….And yes….i would recommend this company and this CREW for any siding job.

I recently purchased a new home that was in need of a new roof and it didn't take long to realize that the Roofing Pups team would be the best folks for the job! Shawn came out to conduct an estimate and inspect the property, which was more than anyone else did that came out to provide an estimate. At the end of the appointment, he provided the most detailed inspection report, detailed the packages available, and helped me determine what would best fit my needs. After scheduling the roofing job, Shawn remained in constant contact and the same is true for the entire team. I received regular communication regarding every aspect of the project including delays due to weather. The crew completed the job in 1 day as promised and sent tons of photos along the way. The customer service, care, and quality at Roofing Pups is unmatched and they make you feel comfortable with a process that can seem daunting. I'd highly recommend you allow them to service all your roofing needs!

They were efficient and did the job very well.

Shawn was our salesperson and was detailed and very informative, not pushy. Matt was next with information about the roofing team. The roofing team did a great job and cleaned up after they were completed. We also had new gutters installed a few days later. All was great!

Came out on Monday the same day I requested an estimated and completed the complete roof install on Wednesday. Everything was cleaned up like they had never been there. Sent me pictures showing to condition of my roof and the process as they removed it. Fantastic job!!
