We contacted Sunny Lee in November about hail damage to our SFH this summer. He assessed the roofing damage & later was present when the 3rd party inspector from the insurance company came out. Ultimately my claim was approved at 100%, less deductible, for replacement of the entire roof. Sunny kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property. Overall we are quite pleased with the job & process & couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Sunny showed up on time to give me an estimate for repairs, showed the pictures of the work to be done and gave me a very reasonable price, then did the work with materials he had that matched what was already on the roof. I don't this entire process took more than an hour. The added bonus was working with someone who was actually customer service oriented.

Did inspection of siding. Did not pressure into replacement. Wrote inspection report so HOA wouldn't require replacement of faded siding that is still functional.

I wish every contractor was as thorough and pleasant to work with as Noble Exteriors. They were the first roofing contractor to contact me and the experience only got better from there. Sunny Lee came out on time and gave me very good price to do the work. He was the only contractor who climbed on to my steep roof. He only addressed what I needed done, which was replace about 10-12 shingles and seal around a plumbing stack. All the other roofing contractors seemed only interested in replacing the whole roof, instead of the smaller job of doing the repairs I needed. The roof came out beautiful and looks great. I would very much recommend Noble Exteriors to anyone who has any roofing needs.
