They did the estimate and negotiate the price and provide the details. They were Very good excellent they communicate and detailed. Flexibility in architecture they were able to have a painter that paints an arch vent.

Posted the need for the repair on Angi, Andre came out and "fixed" the issue. Had to call him back several times because the leak persisted. After the last time notifying him of the issue he came back, said "I need to call my boss" and came back with an estimate 3 times of what the original cost was. We contacted another roofer and they were astonished at the amount of roofer's glue that was used to treat the situation. Now we have to hire someone else to fix both the original problem and the "fix".

They came to give an estimate on time. Really explained what needed to be done and gave a fair price. Repairment came right on time as well and kept me up to date on what they were doing. I recommend them highly. Honest, good work and reliable "A" across the board

I had a small job. Great communication. They replaced 16LF of gutter, replaced rotten wood behind the gutter, and added a termination bar to a flashing condition. They gave me a price and were able to mobilize and do the work within a week of me agreeing on the price. I would use them again.

Had Springfield put new shingles and gutters on my home. It was all done and finished in a day

SRS were professional from the beginning. Andre came out and explained all of the issues, showed me photos and told me exactly what I needed and nothing more. They showed up on time, did the job in one day with a crew of 4 and I couldn't be happier.

They were very responsive to my phone call, promptly went out to look at the roof and gave me a reasonable price. Some roofers would not return my call, others said it would take a month to get to the work. Andre at Springfield was flexible with me and responded to my texts and calls incredibly promptly. He acted like he wanted and valued my business. I would definitely use them to replace the entire set of roof shingles in a couple years.

We used Mike Bennett of Springfield Roofing because we trust him. He's been their in the past when we needed him and we wouldn't go anywhere else because of him. He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. Outstanding. The job was originally estimated at one day but it soon turned into three full days. Every board that was cut and every shingle that was nailed was done in a highly professional manner. The roof is literally better than new. After raking the lawn could not come up with a single nail, the cleanup was that good. The roof itself was quoted at $5100 plus the additional plywood as needed. Another firm quoted a price including all needed plywood that was at least $500 more and did not include the finish coat of paint on the windows. The total cost was $9500 but that included an extensive amount of carpentry work (both roof plywood and window framing) at what I considered a reasonable price. An added bonus is we have enclosed gutters. The old roof the rain would bounce off the top of the gutters and could be very noisy at times, the new roof is very quiet. Roof color matches the paint scheme for the house and the installation was first rate. Price, quality, timeliness, could not have been better. Would definitely use this company again and would be happy to tell my neighbors. Two other quotes we received were higher as noted above and one couldn't supply the exact shingle color we wanted.

Very well done. Quick and profesional. Relair of an earlier instalation of a chimny penetration. The penetration leaked during a sever rain storm that occured seven years after instalation. We have hade two similar stormes with no leak.

Working with Springfield Roofing was a pleasure in that they explained exactly what they were going to do and were willing to work with insurance company to get best estimate from insurance company for the work. Very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable.

The crew who came out to replace the roof worked tirelessly to get the job completed in one day even working until after dark to finish the job before the remnants of Hurricane Nate arrived the next day to ensure our home was safe & sound from the incoming storms. Communication went well. The work and cost was spelled out in the estimate and explained verbally. We got what we expected. Project manager was responsive to questions. Work done in timely manner. I was particularly impressed with their follow up. I have chicken wire covering our gutters to keep birds out. During the project it was inadvertently knocked down. After the work was complete someone returned to fix the chicken wire without my having to ask.

Excellent.

We have had very heavy and prolonged rain since then and it hasn't leaked.
