We had a very old and damaged roof replaced by Jose and his crew. This was NOT a small roof, yet they completed it one one day, and under budget. We got three quotes, and this was both the lowest price and used the best materials. Our home looks amazing now, and we couldn't be happier.

Jose's crew did a fabulous job on our new Certainteed Landmark roof. A one day job removing two old layers of shingles and installing new roof for a good price ! They put up the new gutters downspouts, and gutter guards in 3 hours the next day

I had my 21 year old roof replaced by Restoration Roofing Company. Jose, the owner, came out and provided an estimate. There was no sales pressure and he explained everything, guiding me through selecting the right roofing material, and explaining how the work would be done. He gave me a fair price with no hidden costs. The work crew was professional, courteous, and did quality work. Installation was perfect and clean-up was such that you never knew they were there. Restoration Roofing is truly AMAZING! My elderly in-laws were scammed by someone claiming to be from a home improvement company. My father-in-law asked if they could check his roof to see if it needed to be replaced. While up there looking around, and realizing they weren't going to be hired before my father-in-law had gotten other estimates, they proceeded to tear a large hole in the roof and the ceiling below. I came to visit a week later and saw the damage. The neighbor next door gave us the name and phone number of Restoration Roofing. I called and spoke to Jose. I explained the situation, and within hours, the needed repairs were completed. Words can not describe how grateful we are for their quick, professional response! If you are in need of a new roof don't hesitate to call them. We will be using them when my in-laws need any exterior work done. I only wish I lived close enough to use them at my home.

Restoration Roofing replaced our roof this Spring. Jose was very clear in the approach they take, options and pricing. We opted to also have new gutters installed. We selected a week that we were going to be out of town so we wouldn’t have to deal with the noise and old material that comes with a project like this. Our house has lots of roof tiers, different elevations and angles. I was really impressed with the amount of precision his team operates. They sent daily pictures of the entire process and also pictures of rotted plywood when they had to replace the underlay. The house looks so much better with the black roof and gutters. We're very pleased with Restoration Roofing. Jose came prepared with an estimate and took time to explain the process and materials, but without any hard sell. The roofing crew was excellent, finished the job in one day, and came back the next day to do final clean up. We also had them replace the gutters, which was a separate process, and they also look great.

Restoration Roofing was great to work with from the start. They quickly scheduled an estimate, being flexible with times. Ranj (sales) laid out a detailed estimate & didn't make any big promises with insurance (though they did thoroughly talk with the insurance company when the time came). They roofing crew was kind, independent, thorough, & efficient. Very pleased with the whole process.

They promptly addressed the active leakage by putting tarps on multiple areas that might have been compromised. It followed with the roof replacement as soon as weather allowed. We were able to save some money since it would have got worse, otherwise.

Restoration Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. On the day of the estimate, Jose came to my house with the estimate already in hand along with an aerial roof report. Jose went over the estimate and report and I immediately felt comfortable with him. His crew was great and they did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who needs a roof replacement!

100% satisfied. 1st contractor was ridiculous both in price and description of what they said needed to be done (told us decking needed to be replaced when next three contractors both said that was absolutely not needed). Excluding the first contractor, Restoration offered the best quote, great warranty, and I felt that Jose was totally straight forward and honest. He did not push any unnecessary work. The team showed up at 7:00 am on the scheduled day and finished the job around 7:00 PM (day 2 was scheduled if needed). Work looks great, clean up was great, came back the 3rd day and did the gutters, which we are very happy we did (we requested a quote, not pushed on us like contractor 1). I have recommended Restoration to my parents who also need a roof replacement.

Two of my neighbors and I decided to get estimates for roof replacement of our 23 year old townhouses at the same time. Because another neighbor had just recently used Restoration Roofing, we decided to go ahead and get an estimate even though we probably wouldn't have looked at companies in Maryland since we're in Alexandria. Jose met with us and we were very impressed with his presentation. He made the process of roof replacement very understandable and clearly outlined the discount we'd get based on how many of us decided to move forward. After contracts were signed for the three of us, a fourth neighbor joined in and Jose gave us all a further discount (which he clearly didn't have to do!). The crew was hardworking and professional and I was happy to see how seriously they took every aspect of the job, especially the thorough clean up when the job was finished. Phenomenal service from start to finish!

Jose was wonderful to work with! When he came out to do the quote, he brought a drone so I could see what the state of my roof was without having to get up there (which I appreciated because I'm afraid of heights). His quote was a little lower than the other quotes I got and I was very happy with the reviews I had seen on his services. I also appreciated the information he included on how the roof area was estimated and the breakdown of all of the materials that would be used. Even though it took me a couple months to decide to replace the roof, he was very responsive when I reached back out. He also responded quickly when I asked for quotes for additional items like gutters, gutter guards, and new skylights. He was able to get me on his schedule within a reasonable timeframe. Anyways, the roof looks great! We've had multiple neighbors stop by and ask who had done it. The skylights are crystal clear. And the gutters and gutter guards look great, we're just waiting on some rain to test them out! I highly recommend Jose and Restoration Roofing!

Jose was very professional. Despite being the highest estimate, he still got the job. He answered all my questions and gave me the confidence that he was right for the job. He also addressed any concerns I had during the roof replacement. His crew even repaired my shed, which needed A LOT of work outside of just replacing the roof. Communication was never an issue, I was always met with a swift response. This is the first time I have had such an expensive project and I am glad Jose was able to make it so easy and stress free.
