I was particularly impressed that they were so honest about what needed to be done - saying my garage didn't need a new roof at this time - I had both done so they would match. Several months later when I had a small problem they were very responsive and came right out and took care of it. "Rather than talking me into an entire new roof, which I was prepared to do if necessary, they recommended just replacing a few shingles for a very reasonable cost! "Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition.
