He was very professional.. Came on time as promised, and did as agreed and left.

He did horrible roof replacement then did not return my money. $5,886 to be exact and he overcharged. Shingles were put on my roof that did not match then was spray painted over to cover up the poor work. What makes it worse, I was notified by my HOA and had to pay for a roof inspection just to find out the new roof I just paid thousands of dollars for was not up to Maryland code and had no underlayment. 2 inspections later, they both agreed this was the worse job they have ever seen and guess what I have to pay thousands of dollars more to get my roof replaced the correct way. Please stay away.

Mr. Codner went over the proposal with me. He explained what the problem was with my roof and he explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. He went over the cost with me and explained what supplies that were needed would cost. The workers were very polite and worked until the job was completed. They also cleaned up all the debris after they finished.

After having another company come out twice to repair our roof and still had leaks. We checked around and received quotes from $3.000 to $24.000. Winston reached out to my husband and I and explained what was needed, and how quickly he could get the job completed. Which was a concern for us with Winter approaching. He was very knowledgable, took pictures of before and after. They arrived at 7AM as he stated and was done that afternoon. Would recommend their services.
