"Herbert from My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services did an excellent job in our Ellicott City, MD home. He removed mounds of pet hair from our carpets, vacuumed and then shampooed them. "Danny, the owner, picked up my rug. He did an inspection first and asked questions about any spills, etc. to determine what cleaning would be necessary. I appreciated the thoroughness. He returned the carpet looking great! The cleaning was a bit pricey but worth it!"
