"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

"Danny, the owner, picked up my rug. He did an inspection first and asked questions about any spills, etc. to determine what cleaning would be necessary. I appreciated the thoroughness. He returned the carpet looking great! The cleaning was a bit pricey but worth it!"

"Hired Hydro Clean for medium area carpet cleaning. Tech was on time and was ready to go! My husband is more aware of expert cleaning & was not satisfied with the level of cleaning we received.
