"We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. "This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. The work included internal wall removal; complete bathrooms' renovation including tiling and fixtures; full kitchen renovation including cabinet planning and installation, island installation, and tiling; pocket door installation; hardwood floors installation; wiring and electric work including recessed lights; carpentry and painting. His last work was building a new wooden deck on the existing foundation.The work was done on the highest level both in terms of the skills and mastery, communication, and the level of trust. Ferney truly took care of my house as though it was his own - no shortcuts or sloppiness, including putting everything in orderly organized way at the end of each day.
