Sunny Lee came out on time and gave me very good price to do the work. He was the only contractor who climbed on to my steep roof. He only addressed what I needed done, which was replace about 10-12 shingles and seal around a plumbing stack. All the other roofing contractors seemed only interested in replacing the whole roof, instead of the smaller job of doing the repairs I needed. The roof came out beautiful and looks great.
