"Sterling, the technician was able to assure me on the phone that he was the right person to alleviate my plumbing issue. I had two meetings with other plumbers regarding clearing my outside basement drain of impacted mud. He assured me that he had the needed equipment to unclog the drain. "I reached out to The Waterline Group (TWG) after getting a quote from one of the large plumbing companies in the area. The problem was a bad Backflow Preventer. The quote was very high and included work that didnâ t need to be done. TWG inspected the problem and got me on the schedule quickly for $900 less than what I was previously quoted. The TWG technicians were very polite and efficient and everything has been working great ever since. Workmanship, is excellent, and they have been very flexible when we changed several design features as we were going along. Plus they do a stellar job cleaning up after themselves every night.
