Very thorough. Did good job

The work was described on paper and accomplished as scheduled, the cleanup after the work to remove nails and other roofing material from the deck and yard was good. Gutter installation was done separately, using a different team but the same firm. A coordinator did respond to my questions online in a timely way and sent photos after the work was complete and was very helpful. Conversation with the work crew was minimal.

Excellent presentation and guarantee on the work. Commitment to replace underlay. Completed inspection on the first visit. They may be more expensive but they will do more than putting a new layer of asphalt over the old layer. Also the warranty is transferable to new owners.

They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge.

He gave a comprehensive review of the installation products and process. The installation team was punctual, very reliable and professional. The best part is that I received frequent calls from the home office throughout the day to see if I was happy with the ongoing installation and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Long Home Products. If I shopped around I might have gotten a cheaper deal. But my old adage isâ â you get what you pay for.â

Brian G was very professional. He called at the time that he said he would call, to update us on the roof install. His customer service was outstanding and very professional. Always wanting to know if we had any questions about the roof install. We did have a few questins and Brian G was able to answer them. The installers were on time and were diiligent in their work.

Cierra, Josh P., Riley, and Kevin were excellent. Very professional and excellent at their craft. It was an absolute pleasure to have them working in my home!

I called this company and scheduled an in home estimate because I remember this company doing work in the area since I was a child. Josh Edwards came on time and was very professional during the visit. I have had a couple other companies out to give estimates on this project and I ultimately went with Long Home because of Josh. The fact that he used to do installs gives him the unique ability to speak to the technical aspects of an install with unquestionable accuracy. He was able to give me the complete rundown of everything that is needed to complete the install and he was honest and upfront with what I can expect. He also worked with me on the price tremendously. Quality, price, time frame, and representation are all 10/10!
