Sunny kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property. Overall we are quite pleased with the job & process & couldn’t recommend him more highly."
