"Rather than talking me into an entire new roof, which I was prepared to do if necessary, they recommended just replacing a few shingles for a very reasonable cost! The only reason I didn't hire them was that another company (who also just recommended replacing a few shingles) also mentioned that some of the gaskets around pipes were cracked and suggested replacing them also. "We contacted Sunny Lee in November about hail damage to our SFH this summer. He assessed the roofing damage & later was present when the 3rd party inspector from the insurance company came out. Ultimately my claim was approved at 100%, less deductible, for replacement of the entire roof. Sunny kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property. Overall we are quite pleased with the job & process & couldn’t recommend him more highly."

"The salesperson, Doug, was fabulous. Very low pressure, very knowledgeable. He took his time and walked me through the entire process. He inspected the roof visually and went into the attic as well. They weren't the cheapest--somewhere in the middle--but I liked the time they took in working with me, the reputation of the company, and the quality of the products used. I also liked that they didn't subcontract the work to unknown workers but used workers trained by them and the roof product manufacturer.
I had to schedule several weeks out due to demand and workload. When they arrived, they all introduced themselves to me, spread a tarp over my yard, and set to work. The supervisor checked in with me several times during the day. The job went quickly and well. They cleaned and reattached my old gutters, made sure the new chimney was painted black to blend in with the roof, and left my property spotless. I have not found one old nail in three months!
I would highly recommend this company. They've been in business for  years. In fact, my mother bough siding for her home from them in the 1980s and it still looks good.
