"Flor and her crew did an outstanding job cleaning my house. I have used many cleaning services before and not one of them came close to Flor’s professionalism and hard work. I’ve never seen my house so clean before. Flor pays attention to every detail. So many other cleaning services wipe vacuum and run, but not Flor. She scrubbed everything that needed to be scrubbed. She washed the floors and yes, I mean washed. The floors need to be washed and not wiped. My house is clean from top to bottom. They did not miss a thing. Flor and her crew even wore shoe covers so that they did not walk on the carpets and all over the house with wet street shoes. I am thrilled to have met Flor and I am excited about continuing to use her services. Her prices are reasonable and competitive. Give her company a try, you will not regret it!"

"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. "Russell and his team were great!  They arrived on-time and were very professional, knowledgable, and thorough.  They were also flexible, as we asked them to clean the dryer vent after they arrived.  I used an Angie's List coupon for the inspection of the units and the cleaning of the upstairs ductwork.  That seemed very reasonable.  However, I thought the cost to seal the mold on the corners of the insulation in the unit and sanitize the ductwork was a little expensive.  However, since Russell and his team were at the house already and were extremely professional, I went ahead and had it done.

He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."
