The sales rep did a great job of ensuring operations went smoothly. Both the roof and gutters came out wonderful & I'm proud to be the first owner of Timbersteel through this company. We are currently going through extremely trying times and the project manager Dylan met me at the house the day of material delivery with flowers and a positive attitude that made me confident everything would be done correctly. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like family rather than customers and it was beyond appreciated.

Everybody from start to finish was great, big shout out to Zach for a great presentation and proper explanations, and the crew for working hard and they were very personable and considerate of my homes situation. Lastly, thanks to Omar for managing the project and keeping me informed even when problems arrived they over came the situations! Great team.

My experience with Home Genius has been a pleasure from start to finish. Starting with Markus than Ty and ending up with Omar the project manager. These guys are through. Knowledgeable and efficient. Working with them has been a pleasure. Can’t wait to to hire them for my next project.

Very pleased with siding project that was completed. Very professional, very quick, and the turnover to get this finished was very fast and I am beyond happy with everything. Eric came out about three days ago, ran through the whole process, showed us what our roof would look like & what components would be used during installation. It was nice to be able to see and touch the products we’d be receiving prior to signing contract. Then a couple days later I connected with Dana for scheduling & the crew arrived exactly when she said they would be. The crew arrived on time, Dylan the project manager maintained contact with me throughout the entire process, ensuring that we received a flawless product from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate whatsoever to recommend this company to any of my friends or family. The way they present themselves from start to finish has blown us away and exceeded all expectations. We cannot wait for this roof to be paid off, so we can have Eric back out for our next project (siding)!

We are extremely grateful for the new metal roof that Home Genius supplied for us. The install only took a day and half and was executed to perfection. The project manager Dylan showed up on time and kept us informed of everything from day of delivery to the final walk through. We have gutter guards being installed later this week and I expect no less from them at that point also! Thanks HGE

I write to recommend home genius exteriors because the experience has been wonderful, filled with knowledgeable representatives who do not give you hold sell tactics. The beginning process was filled with written and printed tangible information about what they did and what they used. The inspection process was thorough, and i just loved dealing with them. If i ever have any more home exterior needs, i will call them, however i’m 73 going on 75 so they shouldn’t hold their breath! haha Thanks again to Joe, Stace, and Dylan making this a seamless project.

The crew showed up on time and were very punctual, Cory's presentation was wonderful and he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The availability of the project manager Omar was phenomenal! He was extremely attentive, i love my roof and Can't wait for my gutters now!

I would recommend this company to everyone that I know the hospitality is something that we don’t get very often when doing business. The people was generally kind to us and very accommodating. We are very pleased with the work that we see on our home.. Matt and Ali went out of their way to assure we receive everything that was promised to us. I am pleased with the roof and the siding. We did a little extra to give us some flair to the house, good people to work with.

My siding project started with a search on the internet and social media. What hooked me were four important qualities: communication, professionalism, warranty, and financing. Home Genius excelled in all of these categories. I was fortunate to work closely with Christopher on the sales, Staceylynn to kick the project off, and my project manager AJ (now my new buddy) to wrap the project to fruition. If I didn't know any better I could've sworn Chris and AJ were brothers. They equally cared for my project as if it were their own. I was away most of the time and AJ kept me updated from start to finish. I felt that I was in great hands and never worried about anything and that made me write this review with ease. You most certainly can put your trust in Home Genius to improve your property value and curb appeal! Much appreciate the talent and pride of employed helpers at Home Genius! I'm one happy homeowner!! ☺️
