"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. "We received a drive-by visit in early September from Presidential Exteriors canvassing the neighborhood and while we knew we were living on borrowed time, with our roof last replaced before 1991, we don't do business with companies we don't know and trust. In this case I said no thank you, and the canvasser made a last comment that struck a chord, to look them up online. After checking their references, even though a fairly new company, they had very positive feedback in Angie's List. I then called and made an appointment and my wife and I were impressed with the salesperson, Ben (we've never had someone climb around the unfinished attic in completing their assessment) for his knowledge, genuineness, detail, and approach, and we signed a contract to renovate our roofing with architectural tiles and to install wider gutters (all in preparation for global warming). Over two days, the crew of two performed an amazing job at removing multiple layers of very old shingles (resulting in less full shingles being removed, and mostly partially torn pieces) and the care and cleanup left the full area around the house and bushes almost clean. Understandably, with any re-roofing I cannot imagine you wouldn't have some small amount of cleanup and a few full handfuls of nails and staples over the following months. In our case, in the subsequent week we have found over 60 nails so far using our own magnetic broom (purchased at Home Depot). The third day found the crew finishing the roofing and the other contractors arriving to remove and install the new gutters. So far, the new roof and rain gutters look great and we're cautiously awaiting the approaching storm season."

"Mr. Burns is quite knowledgeable about the type of roof we had (built-up, also known as slag or tar & gravel), and the repairs necessary to correct a leak (vice replacement). Other roofers wouldnâ t take the job - it was out of their sphere of experience. Mr. Burns was prompt, clean and efficient, and charged a reasonable amount. On his first visit, Mr. Burns repaired part of the roof and eave that had rotted away over time. The rot was due to long term (years) water intrusion. There were two possible sources for the origin, but we took his advice to wait for rain to determine which area needed repair work. He returned in a few days, after a heavy rainstorm revealed the source, to find and repair the source of the leak higher up. The roof has been trouble free since his repair."
