They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

Tony, the other partner of the company accommodated the drop off location of the down payment, and even met us at our home so that my grandfather did not have to drive at night. On the day that the work commenced (and was completed!), Carlos, the foreman, kept me informed throughout the day of all progress. The team they brought along were so quick, efficient, and safe. They protected all utilities during construction and cleaned up before leaving. They will be coming back to install gutters on the home as well, soon as a few other projects get done.
