"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). "I had a great experience with this company! The quality of the work and the price were unbeatable. I received quotes from three other companies, and most of them didn't even provide all the services or products I wanted. (I wanted my railings and stairs to be refinished and match the new hickory floors). The quotes from other companies also did not compare to that of Dream Floors, even after upgrading the material! Lee was very flexible with dates and times for the installation and sent pictures of the progress while I was away on business. I also appreciated how his workers moved everything that needed to adjusted during the floor installation. It made for a very stress-free experience not having to move the furniture myself. "Magni Flooring made the whole project as stress free as it could be. They referred me to the hardwood flooring provider that they use. Provider had a wide array of selections - if you couldn't find a flooring that you liked there, you couldn't find one. I was kept informed all along the way as to what was going to happen and when. Work took 3 days. Workman cleaned up every night and at the end - I had no cleaning to do when they finished. They were also very considerate as I was on a leg scooter, having fractured a bone in my foot and unable to walk. This is the third hardwood flooring installation I've had done. One of the other providers did a sloppy job, and the other, did a great job, but had limited inventory in the wood that I was matching. I feel that Magni Flooring had it all and highly recommend."
