Jason and his team have done an excellent job

Excellent experience with Jason and his crew, specially Puugee. They were very professional but n all aspects and quality of work, they replaced the hardwood in the whole main level with porcelain tiles and radiant heating system underneath. Jason also replaced all the balusters and refinished the stairs, excellent quality as well! Pricing is reasonable, l highly recommend them and they will be my first contact for any flooring project.

Star-floor service was great. They leveled my gypcrete floor in one day in preparation for laying life-proof flooring. They installed my flooring the next day. They were always on-time, professional, and courteous. I'd recommend their services.

We had both carpet and hard wood flooring replaced with all hardwood floors throughout the entire house. We also had the stairs and balustrade replaced. The team did a remarkable job. The quality of workmanship was exceptional and the cost very reasonable. We highly recommend Jason and his team.

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job installing about 1500 square feet of solid white oak flooring. It had to be stained to match existing flooring and Wilmer (the guy leading the staining portion of the project) was soooo patient trying to find the right combination of stains to match the existing floor. Jason, was very knowledgeable about all our hardwood flooring options (a portion was laid on slab and had to be glued down). He was incredibly easy to work with and his crew was very courteous and incredibly hard working. Highly recommend. Finished product was great and price was very competitive. We will be using them again when we get around to doing the upstairs.

Jason and his crew were professional and timely. The quality of work was superb and the pricing fair. Furthermore, when we had a few delays from materials we had ordered, Jason was flexible and shifted things around so we could get all of the pieces just right. I would definitely recommend them for hardwood floors or bathroom renovations (including tile work.) Only slight issue was communicating with his employees if we had on the spot questions. Jason stepped in and bridged the gap when and where he could. Would be happy to do business with him again.

Star floors did an amazing job replacing the wood laminate floor in my basement. Great customer service and a good price. I would recommend them!

Jason and his team were prompt, efficient and did a quality job. Their no nonsense pricing especially sold me. I was not charged separate pricing for molding installation vs laying down my laminate flooring. The pricing was also extremely reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I went through their work with a fine tooth comb and was very pleased with the quality of the work. Clean up after the job is very important and Jason and his team paid close attention to leaving things clean and neat. I have recommended Star flooring to other friends based on my experience and they will definitely be my first choice should I have any more flooring done in my house.

Jason and his crew did an exceptionally good job installing our new hardwood floors, tiles and runners. They were very professional and punctual. The Brazilian cherry wood that they used is of very high--quality, I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

I was very pleased with Jason's work. We were having our family room carpet removed and replaced with hardwood. He arrived on time as promised (8:00 AM) and worked tirelessly, completing the job in five hours. The room is absolutely gorgeous. I will be contacting Jason again for the rest of the floors in the house. We were very pleased with his professionalism and quality work.

I am sooo very pleased with Jason's work. He arrived on time 8AM ET. He installed bamboo floors on the stairs. We opted to go with a professional as our DIY experience level is pretty good but wanted clean and tight seamless cuts. Which is exactly what Jason provided. His work is impeccable and I consider myself to be an unbearable perfectionist. He cleaned the entire area as if he wasn't even there. I am looking forward to his work again for a future project. Jason and his worker arrived right on time at 8:00 am and worked tirelessly till they finished installing my wood floor in my family room. The new floor was a prefect match to the existing hardwood floors, so the new floor transition was seamless. Very pleased and will hire them back for another job in the near future.

Jason Lee was very prompt and professional. He worked diligently and carefully to replace part of the hardwood floor that was damaged from sliding heavy furniture over it. Because we had to purchase the floor planks that would be used to replace the damaged ones; Jason worked with my wife and I to select the closest ones that matched the flooring. His quote was very reasonable and we're super happy with the results. Unless we told you that part of the floor had been replaced, one wouldn't even notice it. In addition, we were able to keep the extra floor planks in case we need to make future repairs. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone who is in need of hard wood floor repairs.
