"This is a second time I hired Lazaro because he did a superb job on pavement. This time, a bit hesitating to call him because it's landscaping work rather than hardscaping. However they did a great job removing weeds, adding top soil and planting sod and bushes with mulch on front yard. On side yard, they removed weeds, added top soil and planted seeds. I like his prompt response, reliability and commitment. They have a solid work habit. Strongly recommend."

Jose met with us and determined a plan to add a wall to hold the water and push toward the drainage system they added so that water would flow to the road and not toward our house. Rainy weather caused several delays but once things finally cleared, Baumann's crew came in force and did a beautiful landscaping of our back yard, including installing a sprinkler to keep things growing while we were away, installing a downspout drain, and adding pavers and a small stone patio. They also did a massive clean up of our yard, clearing out weeds, thinning out bushes, and replacing the mulch. We don't look like we live in the jungle anymore. For general yard clean-up and maintenance, these guys are great and punctual."

"Working with Premium and Drainage & Erosion was a true pleasure. I received quotes from at least 4 other landscaping and drainage companies and Premium Drainage and Erosion was by far the best value. They installed a dry well with a sump pump with connecting downspouts from my house to assist in draining my yard faster. Before the work was done water would stand in the yard for days on end making it hard to use the yard, and also hard to keep the lawn nice. They also added a cement step to the entrance to our basement in order to combat those huge huge storms that happen once every 10years. Both the office and the team doing the work were super responsive to my questions, which there were a lot. I would highly recommend them to a fellow homeowner looking to solve some drainage /flooding issues. "

Estimate provided good detail. Price-wise, their estimate for this job was priced competitively with the big name landscape companies that have retail nurseries in the local area.
