We had been following National Floors Direct for a while, thanks to their commercials where the lady says you can get a room installed starting at $988. We had a huge stain on the carpet left behind by the previous owners and had planned to replace it eventually. But about six weeks ago, a flood caused by an upstairs toilet forced our hand much sooner than expected. When it came time to call for flooring, it was a no-brainer, we knew exactly who to reach out to. Sean Figaro came to our home, and he was outstanding. He walked us through every option. Carpet, pet-proof carpet, planks, wood, you name it. He was knowledgeable, clear, and upfront about costs, which made the process simple. In the end, we chose a carpet that was both comfortable and pet-proof, and it couldn’t have been a better fit for our family. On installation day, Juan Carlos and his assistant Jose arrived. They were magnificent. They worked efficiently, treated our home with respect, and when the job was complete, they made sure we were fully satisfied with the install in both rooms. Definitely recommend NFD to anyone who needs flooring done in there home . From the start I had a easy time getting a appointment , with others they need a week or more to come out and give a quote. NFD was by far the best in price compared to empire floors and a couple other companies that I called. They also had my flooring done in a week , others where 2 to 3 weeks . Price was significantly cheaper, then others, and it was the same flooring!

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. All the representatives of the company were courteous and helpful. I will be calling them again soon.

I am very happy with my new carpet! I've had gross old carpet in a small bedroom in my house since moving in. I finally got around to replacing and now that I have I wish I had done it sooner. It was reasonably priced and I really like the color and plushness. I am very happy with the install, the edges are all flush and smooth. It was also very quick but they took the time to lay down baking soda on the floor then sweep everything up before putting the new pad and carpet down. Great experience all around!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful experience. From the sales person's initial visit to the installation team, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. George (the sales guy) is clearly passionate about the product and is very knowledgeable about the whole process. He was very thorough. He only showed us samples and colors that were kept in stock for quick installs, even calling the warehouses to make sure the product we wanted was in stock for installation the same week. He made sure we had his number and told us to call if anything came up, and when there was confusion about installation, he was quick to call and correct the issue. The installers were very courteous and amendable to my game time requests. They moved transitions to keep doors functional and left steps uncarpeted when I realized they were hardwood the could easily be required. They even vacuumed before they left. It was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience with National Floors Direct from the very beginning. We have been in our house for 13 years and finally had the opportunity to change the flooring. Only looking for a quote, Jonathan Rosado came to our home and diligently went from room to room explaining everything in detail. We discussed our vision and he helped us pick out the perfect solutions. After giving us an incredible price we decided to move forward and booked 4 weeks out for a 2 day job (we needed to move 13yrs worth of STUFF from our 2 floors). The business day before we received a call to go over necessary preparations again. I also asked for it to be notated that I wanted specific rooms to be done first (ie the upstairs bathroom so we could mount a toilet back on for use). The workers arrived on time, showed me the plank, asked me the orientation, and where to start. The three men immediately got started finishing 2.5 baths, three bedrooms, 2 walk in closets, 3 regular closets, 1 hallway, a playroom, and a living room all on day one. Day 2 they arrived and completed the dining room, kitchen, bathroom, pantry, laundry closet, and linen closet. I was amazed. The speedy installation did not reflect the quality of work that was done. These men were absolute artists. They were also clean, respectful, and just overall pleasant. I would recomend National Floors direct over and over again.
