"Showed up 10 minutes before the beginning of the window, were super efficient and professional, got everything delivered and moved in without incident. The whole team was extremely friendly and patient, particularly when something was blocking the loading dock and they had to wait for someone to come move it. Move was about an hour place to place. Mike came out to the house to look things over and talk through the details of my move requirements; most of the bids were all virtual, this personal touch did make a difference. The price he quoted ended up being right in the middle of the other bids and I went with them. Moving day was scheduled on a day that was calling for TERRIBLE weather and Mike was able to accommodate my request to move the date up by a day which was perfect. The movers were super punctual, super professional and so helpful as some of the "where to put things" decisions were not all worked out. They were patient and also so pleasant to work with. It took 10 hours for the entire move and it went flawlessly in my opinion. I would use American Moving & Storage again and would highly recommend them."
