To begin, when Marcin came out to give an estimate, he immediately determined that a major squeak in two adjoined upstairs bedrooms was a problem with our floor joists, rather than simply squeaky subflooring. He gave us a ranged estimate to include the cost of repairing the joists and kept us informed about the process throughout.
