After searching for samples from several flooring manufacturers, including Cali Bamboo, Perm Shield, and others, we thought District Floor Depot had the best quality SPC vinyl at a competitive price point. Firstly, the customer service is amazing and very responsive. The company is also incredibly flexible, and its showrooms have great products. We loved how our floor project turned out and would use them again for future projects.

Natalie in customer service was amazing. She responded quickly to our questions and expedited the installation for us. The original quote was reasonable and the technician did a great job. Overall, we are very happy with District Floor Depot and will be using them again for our carpeting and flooring needs.

District Floor Depot recently installed LVP floors in my condo in Vienna, VA and I was impressed with there thoroughness and transparency on work that was going to be completed. They gave me a very good price on the materials and did a quality job on the installation. Special shout out to Rene and Anna who answered endless questions from me in a very prompt and courteous manner.

Highly recommend District floor depot, they did a wonderful job installing hardwood floors on my main and 2nd floor, and vinyl floors in my basement, this is the 2 nd time using them l, they came as scheduled and my floors look amazing, their customer service is amazing and professional.

I recently had luxury vinyl planks installed in my galley kitchen, washroom/laundry room, and bathroom. All three of these spaces are tight quarters. However, the crew from District Floor Depot (DFD) did a fantastic job despite the limited space! (The required moving the refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, stove, and 2 toilets.) The crew made it look like it was a piece of cake to do though I do know there were definitely challenges along the way. It took the crew about a day and half to complete. Each time there was an obstacle, the folks at DFD were quick to resolve, for example, they were a few planks short to complete the job. Rather than taking short cuts, they crew had the additional planks brought over and the job was completed to my satisfaction. All minor concerns that I had had were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the post-installation service provided. I had a question about a “soft spot’ on the floor (the installation was “floated” atop of the existing underlayment) that I felt might cause premature wear. My concerns were quickly addressed (it turned out with “floating” floors having a ‘soft spot’ near a transition sight was normal and that no premature wear would occur.) I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again!

I couldn’t have asked for better expertise or service. Bamboo is notoriously difficult to refinish but their expert came to the house, told me exactly how they would handle it, walked me through all my finish options, even delivering samples to my home. They were careful with install though I had them come back after the job to fix a few issues. Overall, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

It went very well. District Floor Depot made it easy from the beginning. They carry many different types of flooring products and they are soundly priced. The best part of doing business with District Floor Depot is that they are one stop shop. I’ve got the flooring and the installation at the same place. The service was great from the time I walked in the store trying to decide what color (they were very patient) to the day of installation which was super quick, efficient, and really professional. They helped me rearrange the wiring that was under the old floors without breaking it, which really was above and beyond, I thought. Had a really great experience with these guys and the finished floors look amazing.

District Floor Depot did not correctly install shoe molding after refinishing my floors. They left significant gaps between the baseboard and shoe molding. In some places, the shoe molding wasn't even nailed to the baseboard. I had to hire a contract to reinstall correctly. Their team also clogged my toilet with human feces without notifying me. I found out 3 days later when the floors had dried and their was a terrible odor coming from my bathroom. I reported this to District Floor Depot. I got a $200 refund to pay for a professional cleaning service.

Great, efficient, tidy and floor looks amazing.

It went well and done in 3 days. I have a busy work schedule and the floor team was able to accommodate my work schedule without me trying to get of my work to have them replace my floors. I would hire them again to do another floor at another time. I came across District Floor Depot through the website Houzz having good ratings and rated with the BBB. I got estimates from other flooring companies however this company came out the best not because they were the cheapest but their professionalism and high recommendations through reviews by real people. This company has many types of flooring choices. Just like the local company Michaels and Sons. This company is also a locally family run company. This companies' boss came out to see and spoke with his employees at the work site something that Home Depot has not done for me ever.
