The town home had an old ceramic tile in the kitchen that was replaced by Kustom Floors with beautiful hardwood. To begin, when Marcin came out to give an estimate, he immediately determined that a major squeak in two adjoined upstairs bedrooms was a problem with our floor joists, rather than simply squeaky subflooring. Three other contractors either failed to detect the real problem, or did not disclose the extent of the problem. He gave us a ranged estimate to include the cost of repairing the joists and kept us informed about the process throughout.
