"We checked with 3 other roofing companies.

We went with one in between.

Roofing & More was the highest and the most high pressure.

We could have lived without the 1.5 hour presentation.

After we said we needed to think about it,

we felt even more pressure.

Also, if you do use them,

they will come down in price.



We felt like we were at a car dealer.

Talk about talking to a manger.

BTW: We no longer deal with car dealers directly.



I am sure they do good work, but TOO MUCH PRESSURE!!

He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. When water continued to come into our home, they were willing to come back to install a diverter to help mitigate the issue from continuing.
