"Can only say it simply - these are the guys you want working on your house. Rudy, Jimmy and his team transformed the bottom floor of our house and made it new. The town home had an old ceramic tile in the kitchen that was replaced by Kustom Floors with beautiful hardwood. Rudy matched the wood perfectly with the rest of the house and then laid it in the original floor. You can't even tell where the new floor begins, it is integrated that perfectly. His team then leveled the new floor perfectly. Kustom floors also re-finished the stairs and added new hand rails to the side and a new banister. It looks beautiful and I love it every day. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

We had a very specific idea for the floors in our new home construction and our builder told us it wasn't possible in our price point/a lot of work to find them and get the look we wanted.
