".5 years ago, I had Prospect Hardwood flooring remove my 1st floor carpet AND ceramic tile and replace with hardwood floor. Best decision I ever made. Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k).
