"Edwin, who did the work, was pleasant and efficient, and he did a fine job digging down to the top of the tank, pumping out the sludge, and restoring the surface of the soil nicely. There was one problem. My front, asphalt driveway is not designed to hold the weight of the truck, and he initially drove up onto the driveway. At the time I made the appointment, I emphasized that the truck was to be driven around back and not onto the driveway. I phoned the day of the appointment and reminded the office that the truck was to be driven to the back of the house and that I would show the driver where to enter the path behind the house. My guess is that the office did not communicate this information to Edwin."

"It couldn't have gone better! I called them Thursday night and Rick and his son, Wyatt, came out early the next morning. I know nothing about a septic system, but Rick was so helpful, understanding and HONEST!! I have had this problem for the past 5 days, but seemed to clear up after I had called another well-known company because my toilet was backed up. All they did was run a "snake" through the pipes and charged me TWICE as much as Rick Aits did and Rick did WAY more than the other company. It might not mean much, but the little things matter! When Rick and Wyatt dug up my yard to get to the tank, he saved the sod to put back as best as he could instead of just tearing up my yard. I really appreciate that. "Owen and Adam arrived within the agreed time frame. They explained what needs to be done before having me signed the agreement. After cutting a portion of the ceiling it was found that the toilet above is leaking—video tape of the leak was shown to me. They then explained what needs to be done to fix the leak—I.e., the commode will need to be taken out, replace the wax and re-seal the toilet. The work was clean and efficient. Owen also gladly took out the bidet that I requested to be taken out and even replace the waterline with a new one. The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. However they figured it out and the job was done in about 4 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work."
