"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I received quotes from three other companies, and most of them didn't even provide all the services or products I wanted. (I wanted my railings and stairs to be refinished and match the new hickory floors). The quotes from other companies also did not compare to that of Dream Floors, even after upgrading the material! Lee was very flexible with dates and times for the installation and sent pictures of the progress while I was away on business. I also appreciated how his workers moved everything that needed to adjusted during the floor installation. It made for a very stress-free experience not having to move the furniture myself.
