"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). "After resolving an initial issue with dust collection, Elegant Floors completed the job extremely well. We had originally gotten estimates to replace the floors, but the cost of refinishing was considerably less, and our 35-year-old oak floors look brand new again! Elegant Floors was the only contractor that suggested replacing the heating registers with flush-mount, which gives a very finished look. The crew was professional, cleaned up every day, and did outstanding work. BTW, dust turned out to be a non-issue; their standard system left very little dust upon completion of the job."
