Our basement flooded when both of our sump pumps failed. Tommy showed up quickly and replaced/installed both and saved our bacon! Terry also replaced a kitchen sink and front spigot. I hired First Choice Plumbing and Remodeling to replace 2 of my copper pipes. They will always be my ;First Choice Tommy (the owner) quoted me a good price in getting the work done. Other companies I checked with were much more expensive. I could not get the work done with those other companies. Tommy worked with me and made sure I was taken care of. I did not feel that I was just another number. Tommy sent out a wonderful technician, Terry. He went above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. There were a few wrinkles (on my part) that he helped me with and explained every step to me. I think God sent these two men my way. Thank you so much Terry and Tommy.

We have been very impressed by the work they did for us. Not only did they remove a tub and put in a shower. They repaired the drainage, a huge problem we had not anticipated. They repaired the drywall and put subway tiles over the new shower to the ceiling, which looks amazing - their idea.. Also, they installed a new bathroom floor in a minimum of time. Tommy, the owner respected our â fixed income status and the price for both installations were more than fair. They cleaned up when the jobs were complete. Tommy and his team were personable and clearly talented. We will be using them frequently in the future. Tommy had some excellent suggestions for solving our water filter issues. Also, they will come back to paint a large area of our house in the new year. Finding them has been a gift!

I definitely recommend Tommy and his crew. Our well pump stopped working and we didnâ t have any water. Tommy came out and determined what was wrong for free, gave me an accurate estimate. They were able to replace everything that day and get us water back. They were good natured and hard working, finishing the job in the dark. Came back the next day and cleaned out all our faucets, clearing the sediment stirred up from the new pump. All things considered, it was a very positive experience.

They were very prompt and courteous. They were very efficient and had our water heater and water pressure values replaced with less than hour of work. Best of all , the cost was 60% less than the amount the large A/c and Plumbing company was going to charge us.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Our 2 year old hot water heater went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical issue. Tommy came the next morning, identified the problem and explained everything to me. He returned later that afternoon with a brand new hot water heater and installed it. We had hot water less than 24 hours after our heater went out! Installation was professional and I can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. He was also up front, fair and honest about pricing. Thank you so much!

Woke up to no water and quickly figured it was a bad well pump. Called Tommy at 6:15 am and he came over to access the problem. Went to plumbing supply and gave us options on pumps. Installed same day and water is running. Very knowledgable and quick to respond!

Tommy is phenomenal; I called him to replace a pipe and valve for a new dishwasher and he went above and beyond with his service. He arrived an hour later and was able to do the work the next day. I needed a dishwasher installed and a piping issue done for the sink which I didn't expect him to do but he offered a solution and affordable pricing which was $2,500 less than I was quoted from another plumber. They were so reliable, great efficiency, very affordable, worked with us so well in every way possible. They made it such an easy process and even dealt with my wifeâ s OCD (which can be tough lol).
