This was real plumbing work, new drains, vents, and supplies, not drain clearing or leaky faucets. I'm an Architect so I know what to ask for but these guys did good work, listened carefully to what I wanted done and how I wanted it done, and even my wife was impressed with the way they protected our carpeting, cleaned up after their work, etc. Highly recommend.

Their price for the agreed work was too high considering the time devoted to the project. They found an additional work that needed to be done, which was the replacement of the straight drainage pipe below the bathroom sink, perhaps a 15 minute job. They wanted an additional $150 for that.

We had a pipe break in our first floor bathroom at 1:00 am on Sat and a lot of water poured out and the first floor was completely flooded. After contacting 3 other plumbers with no success because they were busy with other customers, I went to home advisers and requested emergency service from several plumbers in the area and Rene from R plumber called within 10 min and was at our house within the next hour (very prompt). We had no idea where the water was coming from and Rene was very upfront about what needed to be done as far as cutting holes in the wall to find the source. He cut one hole in the bathroom ceiling and found a pipe completely severed which he was able to fix an restore water. His customer service was superb. THANK YOU VERY MUCH RENE!

I am so glad I've taken my time to find good, honest, trustable and fair plumbing company, and I finally found this R-Plumber company. A few months ago, my place had a water leak in the shower on upstairs bathroom and it caused ceiling damage, etc. so I needed to a ceiling drywall repair, bathroom tile repair, CPVC pipes reconnect, water pressure reducer install, etc. I took my time to compare various popular local plumbing companies in the DMV area and this is, by far, the best I've found due to many reasons: 1. They are licensed, bond, and insured -- They sent me a copy of their license, bond, insurance, and worker compensation. This gave me a relief because I wanted to make sure I hire a professional. You'll need it in case if anything happens. 2. They really care about you and HONEST -- Rene, Luis, his apprentice, and other staff use the best brand and told ,e really honest and professional opinion. I have a limited budget and they told me I can just fix the issue for now. The other companies recommended me to remodel the whole bathroom, which would cost at least $4,000 or much more. 3. Their price is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR -- They do not overcharge at all in compare to other companies in this area. I compared 6 other plumbing companies. Other plumbing companies seem to take advantage of you especially if you don't really know much about plumbing. They either: - could only offer to fix the plumbing and I had to find my other contractor to repair the tiles and dry wall - offer me to fix this issue for $4,500 or more - R Plumber offer me about 40-50% less than other companies. - another well known company (they were featured in local Costco) gave me a price to fix my sink popup assembly for about $700 but I went to home depot and bought the parts myself for $17. 4. They really guarantee that they carry their work by the correct local regulations and to the high standard. -- you can see the photos for reference. - I ASKED them a lot of questions and researched the way they do they work online and everything seems to be done very correctly (e.g., using the right glue, chemical for connecting my CPVC pipes, copper pipes) - They went above and beyond in installing my water pressure reducing pipe by anchoring my water supply pipes so it doesn't get shaky. - They have 1 year labor warranty. Their shower MOAN is lifetime warranty on parts. In fact, I am so impressed that I literary have to write my appreciation on various social media in a hope to help others who are in the same situation as me. This company doesn't spend on marketing but just spend on high quality so I'm really trying to help get this company to top review to help others who are in the same boat. Best wishes to you guys who are looking for a good plumbing company. This is some company you should consider.
